3 months CONTRACT with potential extensionsHybrid working arrangement - 3 days a week in Frankston, VICDaily Rate: $1,100 (inc. super)ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Senior Pega Developer/Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability strategy by designing, developing, and supporting Pega applications. Your responsibilities will encompass Pega Platform Design, Application Design, Data Model Design, and User Experience design, with a focus on delivering scalable process-driven applications across various channels. This role requires expertise in leveraging Pega technology to automate standardized, repetitive, and rules-based business processes while ensuring seamless deployment using Pega Deployment Manager for DevOps.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Implement fundamental application development principles using the Pega Platform, employing Pega Workspaces for routine tasks to ensure desired outcomes.
• Independently manage daily administrative and support responsibilities.
• Take charge of designing, architecting, and developing solutions based on Pega rules process commander (PRPC).
• Create Enterprise Class structures, Data Models, Process workflows, and Lifecycles using Pega Platform tools.
• Personalize user interface components, dashboards, and portal content.
• Oversee application development processes, including user stories, feedback management, bug resolution, and debugging.
• Utilize technical expertise to solve business challenges and devise solutions for various projects or tasks.
• Collaborate in the selection of vendors and the assessment of tenders.
• Propose innovative approaches to resolve technical or functional design challenges.

• Possession of Pega Lead System Architect certification.
• More than 10+ years of technical expertise in designing and developing Pega applications.
• Proficient in implementing Business Process Management and Case Management solutions.
• Skilled in managing end-to-end project lifecycles using SDLC, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Extensive experience in creating solutions based on UX/UI specifications.
• Proven track record in planning and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and aligning business objectives with implementation outcomes.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities.
• Dedicated to achieving exceptional customer outcomes.
• Possesses a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, integration, web technologies, databases, and cybersecurity.
