Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCenturion is embarking on an exciting organisational change within the People team, and we have a great opportunity available for a Senior People & Capability Business Partner to join us.

• Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders regarding employee relations as well as responding to all people related queries.
• Lead and take charge of investigations and case reviews for employee disciplinary action.
• Coach and support stakeholders to build sustainable high-performing teams across the business through talent management and development initiatives, with a focus on the engagement and retention of our people.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver mechanisms aligning people with our company goals and objectives, including talent, performance, and remuneration reviews.
• Execute HR strategies and operational service delivery across the people and capability function
• Maintain people practices to support change, growth and governance of all relevant HR policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Business or equivalent in human resources or similar people related qualification
• 5 - 7 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist/Business Partnering position or similar previous heavy industry experience
• Exposure to and experience in investigations and case management along with a notable understanding Modern Awards and Fair Work Act 2009
• Proven ability to research and comprehend workplace Awards and Industrial Relations to provide correct and relevant information and advice to stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in managing sensitive situations during performance management and grievance situations
• Analytical skills for the analysis of HR data, identifying trends and presentation of reports.
