We’re on the lookout for an APS5/6 (equivalent) HR generalist to join one of our favourite clients on a labour contract until June 2026!
Working in the People Strategy Team, you will be working within a team to deliver a challenging program of work to the People and Culture section.
You will be in the driver’s seat for creating HR changes across the agency and be an integral part in building policies and frameworks from the ground up. You will be working across multiple functions of HR, including but not limited to:
- Learning and Development,
- Performance Management and
- Work, Health and Safety.
We’re looking for HR candidates who have a generalist skillset and can confidently jump into a Performance Management, WHS and/or L&D area and provide accurate advice to workers and managers and help deliver initiatives.
We’re keen to hear from candidate from private and public sector who have broad experience across these key areas. You will be comfortable talking to staff at all levels, including senior executive members and have a keen interest in continuous learning and helping the broader team.
