As a Snr Performance Test Engineer you’ll play a critical role in this transformation. You’ll be a member of a persistent squad that act as ongoing stewards for the software products we build and maintain.
As part of the Quality Engineering and Testing Practice you’ll report into Chapter Leads who are experts in software quality and focussed on enabling and uplifting our engineers.

Can provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members
Can contribute to developing new solutions
Are able to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities
Are focused on innovation with Performance Engineering skills
Have the ability to work autonomously or as a team member in a large, complex programs
Can design and implement strategies to improve performance of applications drive root cause analysis / investigations into performance problems
Can deliver Performance Testing assessments to projects including designing the appropriate solution, approach and tools to mitigate their performance risks
Can do load testing, Performance Testing, stress testing utilising the LoadRunner suite (Professional / Cloud / Enterprise) , Blazemeter or open source tools such as JMeter
Have knowledge of agile methodologies including Performance Testing with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab CI etc
Have demonstrated Performance Testing experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing
Jmeter, Blazemeter(must), Microfocus LoadRunner, Performance Centre
Selenium, Specflow, JMeter, Appium, TestNG, Junit, Cucumber, SonarQube, Checkmarx
