Senior Physiotherapist | Neurological Focus

They offer services via multiple streams, including community-based therapy, group-based programs, and face-to-face in their accessible gym located in Merewether. Full-time and part-time options are available.

What you will be doing:

You can tailor your caseload to your interest area however the company sees clients of all ages with a focus on neurological conditions. You will provide clients with exercise programs and rehabilitation. The clinic primarily sees clients with neurological conditions such as Brain Injuries, Stroke, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Post Op plus others. 

A typical week for the successful Physiotherapist will involve a mix of both clinic and community-based appointments, determined by the client's needs, with admin support to assist in coordinating these appointments. When not face-to-face with clients, flexible working arrangements are in place, meaning you can work from home or the gym site.

• Salaries between $85,000 - $115,000 + Super

• Work in a transdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Allied Health Assistants
• Membership to Mentoring and Clinical Supervision program
• Low targets of 4.5 billable hours per day which you build up to 
• Quarterly staff development/PD days with external speakers 
• Friday pub lunches
• 4 days of study leave per year with a PD budget of up to $5,000
• Opportunities to engage in projects
• A team that communicates honestly and openly and are incredibly supportive of one another

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
