What you'll be doing
- Ensure the provision of the highest quality physiotherapy services to patients of WSLHD.
- Responsible for applying advance reasoning skills and operating autonomously especially in dealing with client groups and circumstances of a complex nature. Additionally, the position is responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation, improvement & reporting of the physiotherapy service at the facility level.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Registration: Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA
Selection Criteria
- Significant clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with substantial experience working in the area of Hand Therapy
- Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and teaching of staff and students.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines.
- Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and teaching and clinical supervision and teaching of undergraduate/graduate entry level students.
