We are seeking a passionate a Senior Physiotherapist with experience in the Health & Fitness Industry and relevant qualifications ready to step up and get on board with our mission to deliver a never before seen level of health and wellness to our target demographic. In addition to our more traditional gym experience and classes, Club Active offers market leading health services through our Allied Health professionals both Exercise Physiologists and Dietitians.

About The Role 

Our Senior Physiotherapist will deliver key outcomes for Club Active by assisting our members to change the way they age, the role of this position is to work closely with our founder to develop a Physiotherapy program across 7 clubs.  Additionally, working with our EP's to deliver services to our stand alone clinic to non members and assist in the growth and sustainability of this function.

The core components of the role will be:

• Develop systems and processes to scale a physiotherapy program.
• Monitor, manage and lead physiotherapists to deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of manual therapy and clinical exercise prescription.
• Working knowledge of gym and clinic operations
• Working knowledge of billing systems and software
• Working within reporting guidelines

• Registered Physiotherapist
• Experience working in a similar role
• A strategic thinker with strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a team
