AddressOur client is looking for a go getter, someone who can take this role and own it! Working closely with the Managing Director you will be porvided all the tools and support to achieve success. The company is well established in the the delivery of projects and offer their expertise to ensure every detail, budget and construction deadline is met to the highest professional standard.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate quotes for residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Schedule appointments and ensure smooth workflow between scheduling tradesmen and subcontractors, and liaising with suppliers, builders, and plumbing supervisors.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, cross-checking plumbing designs, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.
- Assist the daily operations of the plumbing team, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with project teams, suppliers and customers, keeping them informed throughout the project.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing estimation and scheduling.
- WA Plumbing Licence and Gas fitting ticket
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction principles.
- Tech savy in the use of scheduling systems like Beams, Simpro, or Build Exact
