Qualifications & experience
- Cert 3 In Plumbing & Gas Fitting (Registered/ Licensed)
- Must have extensive and proven experience working as a Senior Plumber on commercial projects.
- Must have drivers license, no criminal records and be able to pass police checks
- Must have positive can do attitude, be super driven and able to work in a fast paced environment, leading teams and directing other plumbers day to day tasks on site is crucial aspect to the role.
- We are looking for a Senior Plumber who is very well organized, experienced across all facets of plumbing and can run projects upto a value of 500k plus.
- Very capable of reading and interpreting plans and specifications on a project.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working simultaneously running and working on your own Commercial Plumbing projects liasing with project manager.
- Assistance when required with quoting variations that come up in the project.
- Ensure work on site is compliant to relevant Plumbing standards
- Liaise with building supervisors
- Manage contract labour and materials
- Ensure work is completed in correct time frame
- Job Certification (Testing/Inspection)
