Your new role
Role is consultancy role working on behalf of asset owners. They manage the planning, design, construction and commissioning of majority commercial construction projects across Queensland and further afield. Projects varied in value. Ranging from the low million dollars to max circa $50 mill.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate would have similar broad, client-side experience either working for consultancy or directly for asset owner.
Candidates would have experience on contract administration, superintendency, tender evaluation, site inspection and technical report writing. This should be allied to excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Ideally candidates would have tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering or similar and have experience running multiple projects concurrently.
Experience in health or defence projects would be favourable.
