The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated leader to join our growing, award-winning wellness destination within our Pools Team as a Senior Pool Attendant in a Permanent Part Time Position.
In this hands on, exciting position, you will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer care and service to our guests to ensure a seamless bathing experience is unsurpassed.
As well as monitoring and evaluating the overall health and wellness of our guests, and promptly responding to guest injuries and administering first aid, you will also provide leadership and guidance to the rest of the Team. You will assist the Supervisor with training and supervision requirements, ensuring daily checklists are accurately completed, identifying, and reporting issues, and contributing to overall continuous improvement.
About you
- Extensive customer service experience
- Willing to obtain or Current First Aid qualifications including: Basic First Aid, CPR, Advanced First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation
- Current Lifeguard Certificate highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and prompt attention to guests
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and respond to guest queries
- A desire to continue to build a positive culture within the Pools team and the wider PHS community
