As a Senior Principal Capability, Education Futures Institute you will:
- Lead innovative approaches to the design, delivery and evaluation of professional development programs and learning opportunities for teachers, school leaders and the officers who support teaching and learning;
- Lead and enhance the use of evidence, research, partnerships and digital innovation in ensuring teaching and learning professional development is supportive, job-embedded, collaborative and accessible across the state;
- Ensure teaching and leadership capability development is responsive to the context of each participant, school and community; and
- Deliver outstanding coaching and support for school leaders that is informed by evidence and strongly aligned to individual needs and system priorities.
