- Degree qualified Town Planners
- Statutory planning experience at 5-12 + years
- Private experience ideal but not essential
- Project Management / coordination experience ideal but not essential
- Ideally some exposure to Buildings, Land & Infrastructure (Land Development exp. would give high advantage)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
