Senior Private Wealth Advisor

As a Senior Private Wealth Advisor you will be a deep relationship person who is responsible for identifying and understanding the investment needs of our wholesale clients (High Net Worth families and Family Offices). You will proactively manage both internal and external relationships in the pursuit of actively and ethically growing the Private Banking & Advisory business.

This role is key in promoting the ANZ Private Bank proposition to our NSW client base and providing advice across a broad range of product suite. The role must effectively collaborate with internal partners across Private Banking, CIO functions, Investment Solutions and external providers to ensure that our tailor made offering is delivered to the specific need of our clients.

As a Senior Private Wealth Advisor, you will:

• Ongoing conversations with high net worth customers to understand their investment and advice needs and requirements to be able to provide tailored advice solutions under personal Wholesale Advice.

• Actively coach and collaborate with internal referral partners, team members and the wider ANZ enterprise.

• Act in line with our purpose and strategy to engage the community, be worthy of their trust and ensure our products and services are provided honestly, fairly and are free of any conflicts of interest

• Actively contribute to the overall well managed PB&A business from a risk and process perspective

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 10+ years financial advising and/or industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of sophisticated investment solutions to meet complex client needs

• Relevant industry degree or Education standards met

• Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindset

• Ability to build productive relationships with team members, referral partners and customers

• Ability to generate new customer opportunities via existing and new sourcing channels
