Your Role
The Superannuation Member Experience Consultant is responsible for providing a consistent and outstanding level of service to all Superannuation Members (RSA and SMSF) and to support our brilliant basics service proposition.
Reporting to the Superannuation Portfolio Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all member phone and email enquiries relating to the RSA and DIY Super channel.
What you will be doing
The Consultant's main responsibilities relate to:
- Account openings, term deposit openings, TD terminations, TD amendments, account closures and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Upload Delta files to DEMi on a daily basis.
- As the role requires a level of Tier 1 certification, it’s imperative you keep abreast and up to date with ongoing superannuation legislative requirements and industry changes.
- Log and register any member dissatisfaction and/or complaints that have been raised into TriLine to ensure legislative requirements are met.
- Undertake an outbound calling program in response to online or email enquiries, partake in retention calls and support specific campaigns driven by the Superannuation Portfolio Manager.
About You
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:
- A minimum of RG 146 – Tier 2 in superannuation is a must, RG 146 Tier 1 Superannuation is preferred
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of superannuation and financial services industry
- Understanding of the legislative requirements and policies that underpin Superannuation operations
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service by providing brilliant basics
- Excellent written, communication & organisational skills
- Attention to detail skills supporting high levels of compliance requirements
- Minimum 2 year in financial services, banking, contact center or similar role
- Experience in providing General Product Advice in Superannuation, managed investment or investment products
- Experienced DEMi system user (preferred)
