We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a leading medical recruitment company, our mission is to help healthcare professionals find their ideal careers while helping healthcare organizations find the right talent. With a great culture and a genuine desire to impact emergency departments, clinics, and hospitals, we are growing fast, and we need your help to drive our success.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping our service business digitalise, improve processes and workflows, and build innovative tech to help doctors, hospitals, and the wider healthcare industry save lives. You'll wear multiple hats, working with sales, design, and engineering teams to bring your vision to life. You’ll be working with compliance / ISO and ideally as part of a QMS. You'll be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritising features, and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager and have a solid understanding of how to leverage Salesforce to improve workflows and processes. Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of the recruitment sector would be beneficial. You should have experience in developing innovative products and be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional skills a strong candidate should possess are:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
Experience with data analysis and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
Customer-centric mindset and the ability to empathise with customers to understand their needs and pain points
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while focusing on the details
Experience in UX/UI design and the ability to work with designers to create user-friendly products
Ability to prioritize features and make tough decisions when needed
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges
Continuous learning mindset and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
