Our biggest customers now depend on Automations capability and we are hard at work building out new capabilities and scaling the platform to millions of rule executions.
The platform also provides leverage for fast innovation and the creation of new products. We want automations to be a key part of all new product experience and underpin customer interactions across the board. As a Senior Product Manager - Automation, you will drive our strategic priorities by working directly with your team of engineering, design, and other product leaders across Atlassian.
We are able to consider candidates who are based in Australia or New Zealand for this role.
Use your Platform and Product expertise to independently deep dive into complex and ambiguous topics, uncover opportunities, and solve impactful problems
You’ll partner closely with enterprise customers to understand and address their feedback, weave market and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across Atlassian to execute successfully
Influence, manage and work across the organisation - from customers, to developers, and other senior stakeholders
Driving Automation growth at large Enterprise organisations
Extensive experience building high-quality, successful products ideally as part of large-scale Platforms
Experience working in the B2B SASS space serving Enterprise customers; Ideally with Automation
A track record for defining and executing Platform strategies that create business and customer value
Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively understand complex problems, prioritise business and customer needs
Excel in an environment where the topics and tasks are varied and you have to move quickly and learn fast
A passion for raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout the company
