About the Job
- Work in collaboration with the Head Of Product, Super and Retirement Solutions to deliver on the Product Strategy and Roadmap to meet Rest’s business strategy and vision.
- Support the Head Of Product, Super and Retirement Solutions to prepare Board Papers, including DDO Reporting and other ongoing Reporting on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct competitor landscape monitoring to ensure products continue to meet member needs and continue to deliver on the integrity of the Rest brand.
- Ensure product material and offering is compliant and to work closely with the broader Product team on the ongoing management of letters, forms, website and App content.
- Promote the Rest product suite and act as a product champion.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Product team and other stakeholders to bring new products/solutions to market
- Prepare business cases for approval through concept phase including product specifications, business rules, and financial modelling of benefits and costs
- Tracking product outcomes relative to success goals
- Undertake specialist programs and projects as assigned by the Head Of Product, Super an Retirement Solutions.
Qualifications
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or similar disciplines or equivalent experience
- RG146 or other superannuation certification preferred.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of superannuation industry and product offerings
- Understanding of superannuation policy and PDS documents and the application of definitions, eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.
- Proven experience in superannuation product management
- Research skills and the ability to interpret data and translate complex information for a range of stakeholders
