Our Client is a leading national services provider, heavily invested in digital service offerings across multiple divisions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager opportunity is a newly created role to support the Group in delivering new and optimised customer led services.
Job Description
You will be acting as the key interface into brand, marketing, advocacy, communications, digital and design to ensure a cohesive approach across the Group and the division. Your exceptional understanding of customer and commercial drivers, and utilising customer data and insights to define innovative products, will be well utilised in this role. You will be responsible for targeting relevant segments to drive product performance, leveraging insights from internal and external research to stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities that serve to identify market opportunities. With a talent for driving outcomes, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will work in lock step with product teams and the incubation squad to design, build and execute propositions that resonate with target audiences and compel action.
- Lead customer strategy, analysis, and roadmap to drive customer, market share and commercial growth
- Design, build and execute creatively articulated, customer benefit lead propositions.
- Champion customer centricity by identifying opportunities to develop compelling propositions and improve experiences designed to meet customer needs.
- In consultation with product teams, develop new propositions and bundles that deliver on customer needs and address market/portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams with representatives from across the business to deliver new propositions and strategic initiatives to market
- Leverage insights from internal and external stakeholders to stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Key interface into brand, marketing, advocacy, communications, digital and design to ensure a cohesive approach across the Group and the division
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present in all product, digital and marketing decisions across the division
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer outcomes through direct leadership as well as influencing key
- Proven leadership experience in Product Marketing and / or digital innovation strategy.
- Proven experience in driving customer led propositions.
- Service industry experience, ideally energy.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - ability to influence and drive customer led initiatives across a divisional and group level.
