Senior Program Controls Analyst (PP&C Analyst)

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. As the Sr Program Controls Analyst at Honeywell, you'll partner with Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyse variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations. This role also requests mentoring and leadership skills for development of team members.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project cost and schedule tools for accurate measurement and tracking.
  • Participate in project planning processes, defining scopes, resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Work closely with project management, contract management, and engineering teams to define execution strategy and invoicing requirements.
  • Assist, and sometimes lead, in producing and maintaining project schedules and associated deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy of earned value data and process compliance in the assigned project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintain the change log.
  • Work with Business Management to report project and program forecasts, manage project finances, and contribute to monthly project status reports.
Qualifications and Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 8+ years' experience in Project Controls in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Automation or Electronics Industry (preferred)
  • Extensive expertise in Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), and Time Management.
  • Capable of working effectively in large, remote, and diverse teams within a matrix work environment.
  • Proficient user of SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Skilled in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management.

  • Robust experience in managing Project Life Cycles.
  • Proficient in utilizing Earned Value metrics, Estimate at Completion growth, and Milestone Fidelity
  • Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
  • Experience in usage of Earned value metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity
  • Experience in Contract/Subcontract Administration
  • Experience with Risk Management PMP/Prince 2 Certification AACE Certification or Similar
