With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, we are at the forefront of the industry, setting new standards for excellence.About the RolePro-invest Group is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as Assistant Financial Controller, based at our corporate office in Sydney.Working closely with our Senior Assistant Financial Controllers, and Head of Finance, you will assist in the day-to-day management of finance operations across Pro-invest Group and Vista Hospitality Group.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Senior Assistant Financial Controllers and Head of Finance, to manage, support and provide accounting services to our Hotels.
• Liaise with Hotel management teams to ensure cost effective measures are in place to enhance their respective profitability.
• Understand, monitor and control cashflow for all properties.
• Capital Expenditure tracking and Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reporting, ensuring compliance.
• Involvement in the preparation and compilation of the annual budgets and monthly forecasting, ensuring that all hotel teams have complete and equal input.
• Provide finance support to operational departments as required.

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proactivity, with a passion for innovation and pioneering change.
• Demonstrated experience in Finance. Hospitality industry preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field is a plus.
