Program Manager (Health Informatics)
Candidate should have experience with oversight of federal programs and managing service delivery and quality improvement programs. Proven track record of exceeding expectations, while adhering to government guidelines and mandates. This is a hands-on Program Manager who will provide direct guidance and oversee tasks to meet customer expectations. Major functions include managing service delivery, quality improvement, customer deliverables, requirements; planning, aligning, and integrating business processes; and available resources to provide mandated and required services to meet customer objectives. Candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams to meet deliverables and ensure they are in alignment with the customers’ requirements and project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development of programs that support our customer main objectives.
- Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the team.
- Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives.
- Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization
- Evaluating and assessing the programs’ risks, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Monitoring projects and overseeing team leads to ensure goals are met.
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to ensure performance and deadlines are being accomplished.
