SalarySite based Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical) to work with the infrastructure and site services team across a range of sustaining capital projects. You will be responsible for managing a small team to ensure project works are conducted in a safe, economic, and environmentally responsible manner.Key Criteria
- Minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience in a Project Engineering role, preferably brown field.
- Proven ability in planning roles.
- Proven ability in project management.
- Understanding of piping and processing equipment projects.
- Technical experience across mining or mineral processing operations in Australia.
- Analytical skills to prepare and manage capital budgets/forecasts and analyse cost variance.
- Contract management including preparation of tenders, scopes, bills of quantity, inspection test plans, and quality management.
