Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in heavy civil engineering to join our team. As anSPE,you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to determine project viability.

Oversee the design, procurement, and construction processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project milestones, updates, and changes effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed safely and according to established standards. Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and project records to track progress and facilitate decision-making.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in heavy civil engineering construction projects.

Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
