Your role will be to lead a team of engineers through these critical stages of construction.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage concrete structures and bridges projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to DTMR specifications and standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project progress and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, resolving any engineering challenges that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Project Engineering, with a focus on concrete structures and bridges.
- In-depth knowledge of DTMR specifications and standards, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
