Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Heart of Willoughby team.

The right person for this role:
- You are degree qualified in construction or engineering.
- You have 5 to 8 years’ experience on site in residential mid to high-rise construction.
- You have expert knowledge of Australian standards and codes for Class 2 buildings.
- Your strength is in design coordination, quality and scheduling.
- You also have experience on commercial, aged care and hospitality projects.
- You lead by example, share your knowledge and help others to succeed, always maintaining respect and adherence to Company values.
The responsibilities for this role:
- Collaborate with site and design teams to document and update construction programs.
- Liaise between Project, Design and Development Managers to ensure delivery to design intent.
- Attend subcontractor and consultant meetings, document and follow up actions.
- Manage Quality system and controls.
- Develop and manage close-out of ITPs, checklists and RFIs.
- Coordinate activities on site under direction of Project Manager.
