Your new role
- Responsible for managing and designing electrical installations and solutions on Australia's largest residential developments
- Mentor junior team members in Victoria's leading engineering team, working extensively with electrical distributors and local municipalities
- Working with Australia's most prominent land developers
- Project and stakeholder management for projects with a 10-year+ life cycle and worth over $100.000.000
- Gain insights from highly regarded industry professionals known with proven records and exceptional problem-solving abilities
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a relevant Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Minimum five years of Design & Engineering experience in electrical distribution, preferably in land development
- Registered as professional engineer in Victoria (REV)
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Capable of managing a project portfolio and understanding client requirements effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, self-driven, and a strong team player
- Valued experience or knowledge in:
- Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks
- New Residential Communities and Land Development
- AS3000 Private Wiring and SIRs
