About the Role
We are seeking an experience Project Engineer to join our Client Services Team. Reporting to the Client services manager you will need strong interpersonal and technical skills. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for scoping and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
This is an onsite position and is based in Warrnambool.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive into exciting projects using cutting-edge tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, Sophos, Cisco Meraki, Veeam.
- Provide pre-sales design wizardry to our tech-savvy Account Managers and Sales Team.
- Craft meticulous project plans and bring them to life, managing multiple projects like a seasoned pro.
- Ensure seamless project handoffs and transitions with your rock-solid collaboration skills.
- Serve as the ultimate support guru, the go-to L3 escalation point for our clients and support team.
- Train & Mentor GBS Client Support and Project Team and facilitate a friendly workplace where ideas are heard, and knowledge is shared.
- Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate.
Must have Skills
- A proven track record of conquering complex IT projects from start to finish.
- Experience in creating and migrating business systems into the Microsoft 365/ ecosystem.
- A minimum of 5 years leading and managing teams in project delivery.
- Previous stints in an MSP project delivery role.
- Technical prowess spanning Cloud infrastructure, Networking, Security technologies, and more.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a knack for detailed documentation.
- High-level understanding of Networking Technologies (DHCP/DNS/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN/WIFI) & Private & Public Cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Antivirus/XDR Technologies
- Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in PSA/RMM/Project Management Systems
- Ability to build team culture focused on a successful delivery.
- Experience with Scripting (PowerShell, Jscript, Batch)
