The company and the role:
Our client is a large community services provider, they have multiple major brands within Queensland. The objective of this project is to review the current configuration of Kronos in the Departments selected for the pilot, with feedback from other Departments (confirming requirements) and implement updates to Kronos to improve the rostering process for the Managers and Employees
Role Responsibilities:
The objective of this project is to review the current configuration of Kronos in the Departments selected for the Pilot, with feedback from other Departments (confirming requirements) and implement updates to Kronos to improve the rostering process for the Managers and Employees.
This includes, but is not limited to, updating Kronos with the following:
- Workload Planner (Base Roster)
- Advanced Scheduling capabilities; Configuration, Schedule Engines/Auto Scheduling
- Skills & Certifications qualifications in Kronos
- Leave Planning
- Mobile App capability; Employee Self Service (ESS) for Leave
- SMS Quick fill for vacant shift coverage
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a major change project to achieve critical business outcomes.
- Substantial capability in project planning techniques including the ability to assess and manage risks, costs, resources, and outcomes/deliverables.
- Proven experience delivering benefits driven projects and benefits management capability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performance team across a range of disciplines, including external vendors.
- Strong track record in developing and applying project management methods and tools.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills at executive and senior management level with the ability to lead / influence a diverse group of people.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports, facilitate organisational negotiations and meetings and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
- Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to actively display organisational values, and contribute to team goals.
- Relevant qualifications such as Prince2 Project Management and / or PMBOK
- Previous experience in implementing Kronos (or similar workforce management systems) within a Healthcare environment.
- Experience in the implementation of network and application focused projects in the private health industry.
