Senior Project Architect.
Bateman Architects is a Perth based practice specialising in education and health project design and delivery. Our West Leederville studio is a friendly, social, welcoming, and inclusive workplace.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, ambitious Project Architect in education project experience who is keen to grow professionally and advance to a Senior Practice Leadership role.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience, be a team player who works collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and peers.
The Successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- An Architect registered in Australia.
- Education project experience from design through construction including the role of Superintendent’s Representative.
- Design Skills informed by creative critical investigation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate, support and mentor project teams.
- Ability to work independently with clients and consultants from project inception to completion.
- A rigorous approach to co-ordination and production of contract documentation.
- REVIT software skills.
