With a dedicated trust accountant, department manager and assistant Property Managers in place to assist with leasing, routine inspections and the running of your portfolio, our high-performing property management department is structured to allow each team member the time and space to focus on what they do best – providing exceptional service to our customers.
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Property Management:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- All daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears
- Meeting clients, building strong relationships
- Updating PCR's (initial PCR's are outsourced) and final bond inspections
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradespeople
- Maintenance & routine inspections all with the help of an Assistant Property Manager

About you:
- A current and valid Property Management Registration,
- Australian Drivers License and police clearance
- Experience with a portfolio essential
- Knowledge of Property Tree or industry CRM preferred
- Exposure to NRAS (preferred)
- Have a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Good at building rapport with landlords and tenants
