The ideal candidate for this role has previous property management experience within the real estate landscape. You will be highly organised and have a meticulous eye for detail. Your duties will include:
- Effective overall management of a portfolio;
- Delivering 5-star service to our valued clients;
- Regularly and effectively communicate with owners, tenants, contractors, and management;
- Responsibility for the consistent financial and net growth of the portfolio;
- Proactively and regularly show properties / conduct open homes to prospective tenants;
- Prepare and execute leases, legislative notices, and other forms/documents;
- Effectively Offboard vacating tenants and Onboard new tenants;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Routine inspections;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Maintenance requests;
- Assist with marketing;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Administrative duties related to the management of a portfolio.
To succeed in this role you'll have:
- A Western Australian Property Management or Sales Registration;
- An unrestricted driver’s license;
- Experience as a Property Manager with strong overall industry knowledge and skills;
- A strong focus on achieving positive client outcomes;
- The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with owners, tenants and contractors;
- Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively;
- A positive attitude, display initiative and be solution focused;
- Effective and diplomatic communication skills - written and verbal;
- A strong attention to detail;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Strong conflict resolution skills;
- Corporate personal presentation, at all times;
- The ability to adhere to company procedures, policies & legislation, ensuring best practice is maintained; and
- Have a commitment to a team culture.
