They are currently on the hunt for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a premium portfolio, based in their state-of-the-art Northern Beaches office. This role offers pathways into a Team Leader/Area Manager role down the track and is without a doubt one of the best positions in the marketplace - this business will look great on your CV!
The Position
In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage a tidy portfolio of high-end properties local to the Northern Beaches
Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinate property repairs and maintenance
Manage rental arrears and conduct rent reviews
Deal with any escalated issues and tribunal attendance as required
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
A demonstrated track record in property management
A current NSW Certificate of Registration AND Real Estate Licence
Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can liaise with high-end clientele
Immaculate personal presentation is a given
Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
