The Role:
Monday – Friday, this role will see you reporting directly to a reputable Director who provides plenty of support and structure. With your own dedicated Leasing Consultantand administrator for support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 190 properties
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs and maintenance are completed
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Tribunal attendance
• NO Accounts, NO Leasing, and NO Weekends

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management Experience
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to providing superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
• A positive approach with a strong customer focus
