The Position
In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of approximately 230 properties
- Strong focus on developing relationships and servicing clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role Senior Property Manager will have:
- A solid background in property management minimum of 4 years experience in residential property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Proficiency in property management software - Property Tree & Inspection Manager
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
