AddressThe opportunity exists to join our established real estate agency, a major player on the North Shore Sydney Real Estate Market with 4 offices spread from the Lower to Upper North Shore, established since circa 2002.
Role due to growth, taking over a rent roll of 160 properties in North Shore area, residential homes/apartments circa $1,100/week average rent.
This is an opportunity for a passionate, well presented and driven individual to manage their own portfolio with premium properties, a clean, modern and currently managed portfolio!
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:00pm with ~45 min lunch, no weekends! No leasing or BDM duties

What you need to do:
- Manage own portfolio, residential 160 properties within 9km from office
- Maintenance requests, admin, compliance for portfolio
- Landlord and tenant relationship management
- Other administrative duties, with leasing consultants for support
- Outgoing inspections and assist with accounts only
- Real Estate Certificate / License to work as a Property Manager
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, higher end portfolio)
- Well presented & spoken skills
- Drivers license and car
