Our client is seeking a customer focused Senior Property Manager who lives and breathes Real Estate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and development of a well-established & growing portfolio of residential properties. This is a senior position reporting to the Head of Property Management.
Key Duties:
- Maintaining and building relationships with current and new clients through exceptional customer service
- Conduct routine inspections, in-going and outgoing condition reports
- Confidently advise and recommend improvements to maximise rental returns for investors
- Manage and maintain arrears
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Prepare and present at Tribunal autonomously
- Work closely with a team of other PROPERTY MANAGERs who are specialists in their portfolio location
- Negotiate a successful outcome as required
- Ownership of your role and responsibilities

- Accounts and leasing specialists to support your portfolio management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- No Leasing, No Accounts
- Monday to Friday
- Excellent Office Culture
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management role
- Managing 200+ portfolio
- Possess a Real Estate Licence
- Current Driver's License and reliable maintained vehicle
- Must have immaculate presentation along with a great phone manner.
- Problem solving ability with no challenge presenting as impossible.
- Great attention to detail, takes pride in their work & is thorough.
- Natural customer service ability with client satisfaction as optimum outcome
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act & Legislation updates
- A positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Desire to grow themselves, their portfolio, and their team.
