Our client is seeking a customer focused Senior Property Manager who lives and breathes Real Estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and development of a well-established & growing portfolio of residential properties. This is a senior position reporting to the Head of Property Management.

Key Duties:

• Maintaining and building relationships with current and new clients through exceptional customer service
• Conduct routine inspections, in-going and outgoing condition reports
• Confidently advise and recommend improvements to maximise rental returns for investors
• Manage and maintain arrears
• Organise repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and present at Tribunal autonomously
• Work closely with a team of other PROPERTY MANAGERs who are specialists in their portfolio location
• Negotiate a successful outcome as required 
• Ownership of your role and responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• No Leasing, No Accounts
• Monday to Friday
• Excellent Office Culture
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management role 
• Managing 200+ portfolio
• Possess a Real Estate Licence
• Current Driver's License and reliable maintained vehicle
• Must have immaculate presentation along with a great phone manner.
• Problem solving ability with no challenge presenting as impossible.
• Great attention to detail, takes pride in their work & is thorough.
• Natural customer service ability with client satisfaction as optimum outcome
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act & Legislation updates
• A positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to grow themselves, their portfolio, and their team.
