An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to step up and manage a portfolio of only 180 properties with support from the accounts department and leasing team.

• Paying up to $95,000 package dependent on candidates' experience
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30AM - 5:30PM

The Role:

Monday – Friday, this is an EASY role, neat portfolio and enjoyable team. You will be supporting the senior in managing one of the tidiest portfolios in the industry. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to growth, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 180 properties
• Conducting ingoings, outgoings & routines
• Liaising with landlords and Tenants
• Arrears control
• Maintenance
• Tribunal – when needed!
• No leasing or accounts!!

The Candidate:

• Previous real estate experience is necessary
• We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to provide a high level of service
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
