The Benefits:
- Paying up to $95,000 package dependent on candidates' experience
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Monday – Friday, this is an EASY role, neat portfolio and enjoyable team. You will be supporting the senior in managing one of the tidiest portfolios in the industry. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to growth, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 180 properties
- Conducting ingoings, outgoings & routines
- Liaising with landlords and Tenants
- Arrears control
- Maintenance
- Tribunal – when needed!
- No leasing or accounts!!
The Candidate:
- Previous real estate experience is necessary
- We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to provide a high level of service
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
