The Company
Our client is a highly recognised and well established agency across Australia renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team in their Launceston office and manage portfolio end-to-end with plenty of assistance from shared admin and a leasing agent.
The Position

• Managing portfolio of properties within a pod system shared with another PM, based on geographical locations.
• Full end-to-end control of your properties with plenty of PM admin and leasing support ensuring high standards of management and client satisfaction.
• Effectively build and manage relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Arrears control
• Maintenance
• Attending Tribunal – when needed!

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing your own portfolio end to end
• Current Property Representative Licence & driver's license
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Strong customer service focus
• A positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
