The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a fast growing agency and take over a small, well-managed and well-maintained portfolio of properties. With the support of a fantastic Leasing Consultant and property officer, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with both Landlords and Tenants
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Completion on ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
