We are an established provider continually growing, providing nationwide mental health support in person and via telephone delivered by qualified mental health professionals.
We are looking for a Senior Psychologist to join our team. This permanent full-time or part-time role (min 4 days) is based in Darwin, with a mix of in office, onsite and at home work.

To be successful in this role, you will require a high level of compassion as well as professional knowledge and experience.
- You will be working with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors.
- You will be working within a fast growing organisation that requires patience and flexibility.
- You will need to focus on clients to continually ensure that solutions are in their best interests.
- You will maintain a caseload that will predominantly include high level organisational services such as Manager Assistance, Critical Incident Response services and other clinical services.
- You will require attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity associated with boundaries and multiple stakeholders.
- You should be self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively, whilst maintaining quality care.
What We Are Looking For
- Successful applicants will be AHPRA registered psychologists.
- A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
- Strong skills and experience in providing high quality clinical services.
- Experience in an EAP or Workplace Mental Health role is highly desirable.
- Excellent counselling skills drawn from evidence-based frameworks, with demonstrated competency and experience providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and presenting concerns.
- Exceptional planning and organisational ability coupled with the ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
- Confidence using technology and an IT case management system.
