About the Role

-This role is responsible for supporting the business through Supplier relationships, Material Substitutions, Supplier Quality Performance and CCI Initiatives.  This role supports the NPD Process through sourcing for NPD Launches.
-Provide leadership through analysis of current state process and drive process change.
-Support the new product development (NPD) process by sourcing raw materials/packaging right through to launch
-Develop business relationships with suppliers to drive optimum outcomes for McCormick
-Participate in local, regional and global projects where appropriate
-Participate in reduction of slow and obsolete product review
-Partner with procurement and product development team on proactive material substitutions
 
About You

-Significant experience in Purchasing.
-Hands-on SAP experience in purchasing.
-Previous employment in FMCG in a similar role
-Bachelor of Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing
