AddressOur client is Australia’s leading food coating manufacturer and provides a wide range of marinades, seasonings, batters, breadcrumbs and functional ingredients. They are currently seeking an experienced QA professional to join their team at their site based in Western Sydney.
Duties:
- Ensure highest levels of HACCP and GMP by monitoring manufacturing
- Direct involvement with internal and external audits
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints
- Monitor and evaluate cleaning and sanitation programs
- Drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all production staff are trained in food safety procedures
Skills & Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment essential
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
