Your role will include:
- Utilising our superb network and brand, you'll work with healthcare professionals and healthcare providers across Australia to develop a deep understanding of the sector and the workforce needs to make impactful placements.
- Presenting our recruitment services and solutions, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with Cornerstone Medical Recruitment.
- Proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre healthcare professionals through various channels.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure suitability for specific roles.
- You'll will work with purpose and with a strong focus on customer care.
You'll be an experienced recruitment professional with:
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
- Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships, over the phone
- A commercial mindset, able to present recruitment services and solutions to potential clients
- An expert at proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels
- An empathetic and passionate nature with a strong interest in the healthcare industry
