As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and overall efficiency of a well-known Shopping Centre in the Gold Coast, with a full centre management team.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hard and soft services of the centre
- Preventative and reactive maintenance management
- Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management
- Contractor induction and management
- Uphold OH&S standards
- Manage the Operations Coordinator, reporting into you
- Prior background in facilities, maintenance, or operations within a retail or Shopping Centre environment
- Ability to run the centre independently
- Preferred qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a Building Services Trade, though not mandatory
- Comprehensive understanding of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
- Authentic enthusiasm for managing retail properties and shopping centers
- Capability to excel and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
