About the Role
This is a home or office-based position which offers the flexibility to run your day as you choose.
There is limited business development as the majority of our projects are won by our sales and marketing team.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects across various B2B industries. This will see you proactively sourcing and engaging accomplished sales professionals via LinkedIn, seek, socials, email and phone using our proven process.
About You
- Recruitment agency-based experience
- A passion for talent acquisition and project delivery - proactively sourcing and engaging high-fit candidates (both active and passive)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, professional and upbeat phone manner
- A self-driven, high-integrity and results-focused personality
