About the Role:
Based in our Darwin office and reporting to the State Manager, this role offers an opportunity to continue to grow and develop Healthcare Australia's NT Metropolitan business.
Utilising your experience, the roles requires business development for both new and established clients, recruiting high-quality staff and identifying opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, face-to-face interactions, candidate floats, and emails. Additionally, it involves collaborating with team members to develop initiatives and processes for effective staff resource management.
Skills & Experience Required:
Along with your recruitment experience, you will be required to have:
• Proven ability to work within the required deadlines with sound time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible with working hours
• Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to maintain a professional presentation
