- Maintain accurate and comprehensive investor records, ensuring all details are current and reflect transaction history.
- Oversee the distribution process to investors, guaranteeing precision and adherence to fund policies.
- Ensure registry operations are compliant with financial regulations, preparing and submitting regular compliance reports.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for investor relations, resolving inquiries with effective communication.
- Continuously enhance registry processes and systems, particularly Registry Direct and Titanium.
- Manage investor documentation with the utmost confidentiality and security.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless registry operations.
