About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will collaborate with the local Manager to develop and implement efficient regulatory strategies to drive business outcomes in Australia and New Zealand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing product registrations, and maintaining alignment with government, industry, and corporate standards.
This is a Sydney based role and is a hybrid role working from home and in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic regulatory advice to local teams and business functions.
- Determining effective regulatory strategies for new products and life cycle projects.
- Compiling and submitting dossiers to TGA and Medsafe or product registrations.
- Ensuring ongoing alignment with government, industry, and corporate requirements for all products.
- Staying informed about changes in legislation, industry, and corporate requirements affecting regulatory status.
- Reviewing and providing regulatory advice on promotional materials and product labelling.
- Collaborating with the wider business on assigned projects.
- Participate in regional/global project initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant science.
- Experience working within Regulatory Affairs across OTC medicines and Medical Devices preferred.
- Attention to detail and effective communication
- Experience submitting applications for Australian AICIS compliance.
- Knowledge of Australian TGA and NZ Medsafe requirements
