About the CompanyOur client, a prominent nationwide rehabilitation and safety company, is actively searching for a skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team in Darwin, NT. With over 20 years of industry expertise, they provide extensive Rehab, Wellbeing, and Safety services to numerous Australian businesses and workers.

At this company, the team is dedicated to minimizing the economic and personal impact of illness and injury through the promotion of a positive safety culture in workplaces across Australia. They prioritise efficient systems, consistent service delivery, and professional demeanour, and foster a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
• Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
• Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
• Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience
